Static IP addresses are available to dial-up customers on our Virginia network. With this service, you will receive a fixed IP address that will always be assigned to you when you dial in. Noone else will share that IP address. This is available on any personal or business or personal dial-up account for an extra $5/month or $49/year. Please contact our office if you would like to have this feature added to your account. Please be aware that accounts with static IP addresses are still subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. They can be the source of network abuse and other problems. Any violations may result in the loss of the static IP service or the entire account.
