Our engineers are trained and experienced in various environments including Microsoft Windows 3.1,95,98,NT, 2000/2003 & XP, Unix, Linux, Novell Netware, MS-DOS, OS/2, and Artisoft Lantastic. We have designed, implemented, and supported local and wide area networks using TCP/IP, IPX, and NetBEUI protocols. And, as a dealer for IBM, HP, Cisco, Artisoft, Adtran, and many other manufacturers, we can recommend and provide high quality hardware solutions to complement our design services.

All of our labor services are available on a per-hour basis, or on a contractual basis. We can provide on-site service to customers in the Central Virginia area or to customers in other areas who are willing to make travel arrangements. Other customers out of the Virginia area can receive services via telephone or Internet. For customers who need long-term service on a regular basis, the contract serves as a commitment of our resources to your business, and it allows you to budget your information technology expenses on an annual basis. The contracts also offer reduced rates and faster response times when compared to non-contract customers.
